I hold the strong belief that people are perfectly imperfect. They are beautiful and spectacular but can also become stuck, unhappy and struggle with stressful feelings and thoughts. That’s where I come in.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and 30 years of social work experience, helps me understand some of the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of my therapy. I specialize in dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, anger and other mood disorders utilizing evidenced based therapies.
